All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days from our fulfillment center in Nashville, TN. Transit time typically takes 3-5 days, but is dependent on the shipping provider and your location. You can always check your tracking number in the shipping confirmation for more details.

Any orders with Route Protection Services added, please visit https://claims.route.com/ to file a claim.

Returns

We cannot accept returns of opened products, but if you wish to return sealed bottles, please email us at info@withcococktails.com within 30 days of the order date. Orders may be refunded in the form of an original payment method or store credit. We reserve the right to deny a refund or credit of any order based on the circumstances.

When will I get my order?

About Our Cocktails

Do they need to be refrigerated?
Only after they are opened! Before you open them, feel free to store at ambient temperature. 

When do they expire?
Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 4-6 weeks and storing in the fridge. Unopened, they will stay fresh up to 1 year from their production date. All expiration dates are listed on each bottle. On average we ship out product with 6-9 months prior to expiration. Plenty of time to enjoy!

Are these cocktails sweet?
The short answer: no. But if you have a sweet tooth, no judgement there! Simply use more mix than the standard recipe calls for.

Do your mixes contain alcohol?
No, you have the freedom to pick your favorite booze and mix according to the recipe on the bottle. You can also enjoy some mixed with soda water in place of alcohol!

How do I make a cocktail with these mixes?
It's as simple as it gets. All of our cocktails (except for the Ellis Old Fashioned) call for equal parts mix to spirit. The good news is, all the instructions for each flavor are right on the bottle so you don’t have to memorize anything. 

How many drinks do they make?
Almost all of our 16 oz bottles make 10 cocktails if you’re following our recommended recipe. The only one that differs is Ellis Old Fashioned, which makes 32 cocktails in a single bottle -- no joke!
