The Bee's Knees

The Bee's Knees

This prohibition-era classic is a gin based cocktail, traditionally shaken with honey and citrus for a delicious, bright flavor. The key to the Bee’s Knees is mastering the balance between sweet and tart, without overpowering the delicate gin. This recipe using WithCo’s Honey Sour makes it incredibly easy and super tasty, with fresh ingredients like Bee Pollen and Raw Honey.

To Make a Bee’s Knees Cocktail:

01 - Pour 1.5 oz WithCo Honey Sour in a cocktail shaker with ice
02 - Add 1.5 oz of your favorite Gin
03 - Shake for 30 seconds, then strain into a glass or coupe
04 - Garnish with a lemon twist

For easy hosting, batch multiple servings in a pitcher -- each bottle of WithCo can make enough for up to 10 people. Guests always love it, and it makes a light and flavorful cocktail perfect for dinner parties.
